scout madness

The International Scout is by all *our* accounts the best truck in the cosmos. The design originated from a fusion powered alien craft found in what is now the Canadian Northwest Territories. Since the Inuit natives who discovered the craft couldn't do fusion, They just copied the cool body in steel and put in a high-nickel-content cast-iron block, gasoline engine and- voila!

Our grampa was the first in our family, that we know of, to own a scout. He had a Scout 800 pickup when we were little. Luckily, we were too small to take *it* apart, but our limited time with it did wet out appetites for what has evolved into a habit. Plus, we had to do something to finally overcome the guilt we felt -and put the universe back into expansion- after Gramps traded it for a J**p!
